It's hard to believe so many nice people die so young. Connie was nice & attractive & I had a crush on her for a long time in school; starting ever since grammar school; when we were both on school monitor patrol  (crossing cards) (helping other kids cross the street.

I remember walking past her house late at night, just to see what was going on there. I was to shy to ring her doorbell.

God, Please, , take good care of her & ALL our past deceased grauates.

Connie was one of my best friends throughout Glenview, McChesney, and OHS.  After our college years, we often got together with our husbands in order to play bridge while constantly talking and snacking even after well prepared meals.

I travelled with her thru the deaths of her Mom and Aunt and difficult pregnancies (2) and births, as well as, travelling across country to be with her when I learned she had breast cancer.  We talked often and our childhood and times together often flood my memory to this day.

She was a dear friend that I will miss always..

Marsha,
I remember you and Connie both from Miss Fotheringham's class, you were always together, and both of you sweet gals...

I am sorry for the lost of your dear friend.  She stood out as a very likeable gal even in 5th - 6th grade..

Connie lived across the street from me so we went to the same schools (Glenview, McChesney, OHS).  We spent a lot of time together.  Lots of talk about (jr high era) make-up, clothes, boys!  American Bandstand every afternoon..with Oreo cookies. Sadly, after graduation I lost all contact with her.     I am sorry that she has passed.   A funny, nice, giving person...a good friend.

With many fond memories,

Vicki
